About the Author...![]() Bob Weller got his first taste of underwater life with Underwater Demolition team ONE during the Korean WAR. Discharged from the Navy in 1954 after 10 active years, he returned to the educational routine and received his Bach. C.E. from the University of Delaware in '57. The lure of Spanish treasure galleons brought him to Miami in 1960 and he has been having fun ever since. Most of his diving has been on the Spanish 1715 and 1733 Plate fleets. His wife Margaret is an active treasure diver as well. They make a great husband-wife team. |
