This was done to give you the absolute lowest price. Amazon.com is the largest and one of the industries leaders in the field of e-commerce. You, the customer, now have access to all their resources.

Why are some of the orders processed through Amazon.com and the others through this company?

If I want to order multiple items from the section of this web site where the orders are processed by Amazon.com, why do I need to have the titles of all the items I want to purchase when I begin to process my order?

The reason we ask that you have all the titles of the items you wish to purchase when you decide to place your order is because once you start to place your order you will be automatically transferred to Amazon.com's server and the order will be processed by them. If you leave their server and log back onto ours to double check some information you will have to start the purchasing process all over again.

What if I  want to pay by credit card?

We have now entered into an agreement with Amazon.com to handle our credit card orders for items that are commercially available. Due to the unique and limited availability of some of the items we offer, the other orders must be processed individually. For the items that must be processed individually, we ask that you use the order form and send either check or money order.

How will I know if you have received my order?

If you provide your e-mail address on the order form, we will send an e-mail to you notifying you that we have received and are processing your order.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Our standard policy is to allow three to four weeks for Shipping and Handling. If you need express processing and delivery of the item(s). Please, contact our Customer Service and we can make arrangements for you to receive them sooner.
